TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cleaning Service Process and Booking Policy

 Before any cleaning begins, I will conduct a property visit to discuss your requirements and assess the work involved. Following this visit, you will receive a detailed quote via email, outlining the specific cleaning tasks and a fixed price.


Please note: your booking will only be confirmed once the following conditions are met:


  • We have met in person.
  • Your deposit has been received.
  • We have agreed on your regular cleaning day and time.


Once confirmed, your chosen time slot will be reserved exclusively for you and cannot be changed, as I operate on a fixed schedule to accommodate all clients.

On the Day of the Clean

 To ensure I can carry out the clean efficiently and to a high standard, I kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:


  • Vacating the Property: Please ensure the property is vacated for the duration of the clean. If you work from home, I kindly request that you remain in one room to allow me to clean the rest of the space thoroughly and without disruption.


  • Furniture: I will do my best to clean under and around large furniture. However, I am unable to move heavy or bulky items such as wardrobes and sofas. If you would like a specific area cleaned behind or underneath such items, please move them in advance of the appointment.


  • Clutter-Free Areas: Please make sure all areas to be cleaned are free from clutter. This allows me to work efficiently and deliver the best possible results.


  • Special Surfaces or Materials: If your home includes natural stone or any surfaces or furnishings that require special care (e.g. avoiding acidic cleaners), please let me know ahead of time. This will allow me to bring appropriate cleaning products and avoid any potential damage.

Deposit Policy

  A 50% deposit is required for the following services:


  • Deep cleans
  • One-off cleans
  • End of tenancy (EOT) cleans
  • After builder cleans


For all new clients,  a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, regardless of  service type.


Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes changes between dates, clients, or properties.


Bookings will not be secured or proceed without the required deposit.

Payment Policy

Payment Deadline

If the remaining balance is to be paid via bank transfer, it must be completed by 6:00 PM on the day of the clean. Alternatively, cash payments are accepted on the day of the clean.


Invoices
Invoices will be sent via email once the clean is complete.


Late Payment Fees
A £2 daily fee will be added for each day payment is late.


Late Payment Policy
If payment is late three times, services will be terminated.


Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer / Cash.

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.

Within 48 hours of the scheduled time: 50% charge.

Within 24 hours of the scheduled time: Full charge.


Access Policy

If I am unable to access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the cleaning will be charged at the full rate.


Holiday & Schedule Adjustments

If you are planning a holiday or will not require cleaning for any reason, I kindly request a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice so I can adjust my bookings accordingly.

Photos & Social Media

As part of my service, I may take before and after photos or short video clips of the cleaning work I do. These are primarily used for quality assurance and as evidence of the clean.


With your permission, I may use selected images or clips to showcase my work on social media. These will always focus solely on the cleaning results—never on personal or identifying items such as family photos, mail, or private belongings. You are absolutely welcome to opt out of this at any time.


Please rest assured that any filming or photography is done before or after your scheduled clean and will not affect your paid cleaning time.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is very important to me. I treat all work with complete confidentiality and will never disclose any personal information, your home’s details, or your schedule.
